Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The position requires excellent negotiation skills, the ability to litigate effectively, and a commitment to providing high-quality legal services to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy Criminal Defense practice and gain experience in all levels of the legal system.
Responsibilities
– Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases and issues.
– Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
– Represent clients in court proceedings and administrative hearings.
– Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and case precedents relevant to criminal law
– Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and case developments.
Skills
– Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
– Proficient in legal drafting with attention to detail.
– Ability to litigate cases confidently in court settings.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual caseloads.
