Colleen is a 2015 of Texas State University (summa cum laude graduate) where she earned a B.A. in Political Science with a Minor in Military History. There she was a four-year member of the campus’ Army ROTC program, a two-term student government senator, and a tutor for the history department. Upon graduation, Colleen was also awarded Texas State’s LBJ Outstanding Senior Student Award, for her high level of accomplishments and demonstrated leadership skills in both academics and extracurricular settings. This award is given annually to only one member of the graduating class, in honor of Lyndon B. Johnson, 36th president and Texas State alumni. Colleen then attended the University of Texas School of Law and graduated in 2019. While in law school, Colleen participated in the UT Law Annual Hutchinson Moot Court Competition and the 2018 Michigan State Bar Mock Trial Competition. Throughout law school, she also volunteered in the annual pro bono expunction clinic and interned at the Travis County District Attorney’s Office and represented minors as Student Attorney with the Travis County Public Defender’s Office. Prior to joining Mr. Isenberg’s firm, Colleen worked as a Post-Bar Intern at the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office for Misdemeanor County Criminal Court #4 and once licensed, as a plaintiff’s workers compensation attorney for a personal injury firm in Dallas, Texas.
